Hendrickson Lab is where I think in public.

I’ve spent more than three decades working at the intersection of design, technology, and human behavior. Along the way I’ve led global UX and transformation initiatives, built frameworks, written books, taught, coached, and learned what actually helps people and organizations make sense of complex work.

This site is not a brand in the traditional sense. It’s a studio.

It’s where I explore ideas about clarity, modern work, creative practice, and how we can build systems that respect both intelligence and humanity. Some pieces will be practical. Some will be reflective. All of them are experiments in making experience useful.
